I just wanted to take a minute to share my experience. Doing my research in my upcoming purchase for a voron 2.4. I looked at several places to purchase what I wanted. I even made a few phone calls. It was then that I made the decision where I was purchasing my kit. I talked to one on your guys on the phone. He answered every question I had and gave me answers to questions I haven't even thought of yet. I started to feel like I was taking up more of his time than I should, because I am sure he had other things to do, but it didn't seem to affect him.
The main thing is I know from our conversation if I have any issues I have someone I can reach out to for help. I purchased my kit today from your company mainly because the time one of your guys took to make sure I had the answers I was looking for. Then during check out I see I was able to get a discount for military & first responders. I thank you for that and please continue doing what you guys do. It worked for me and I'm sure for others also.
